Meet the Founder
Jessica Wynns is the Founder and Principal of JW Solutions of MA, LLC, an operations, administrative, and event-planning consultancy serving nonprofits, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations. With nearly 20 years of experience across healthcare and nonprofit sectors, Jessica specializes in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work.
She has led operations, events, and executive support for organizations including Atrius Health Equity Foundation, UnitedHealthcare, and Tufts Health Plan—often building systems from the ground up. Known for her reliability and strategic mindset, Jessica partners with leaders to turn ideas into well-executed action, so they can stay focused on impact.

JW Solutions of MA, LLC is honored to have been awarded a Small Business Grant through the 2025 Entrepreneurship Competition hosted by the Chelsea Chamber of Commerce.
As a Black woman-owned business rooted in Chelsea, this recognition is both meaningful and motivating. JW Solutions was founded to provide mission-driven organizations, small businesses, and community leaders with strong operational support and thoughtful event coordination — the behind-the-scenes structure that allows impact to happen.
This grant represents an investment in local entrepreneurship and diverse small business growth. I’m proud to build and serve in the community that helped shape my commitment to leadership and service.
